Blair brings a 16 year Lottery/Gaming career based on leading teams, nurturing client relationships and delivering powerful results. Vision, passion, creative and resourceful and always – customer centric. Blair has acted as the point person on AGi’s critical lottery partnership accounts – including Atlantic Lottery since 2000 and BCLC since 2008. Surrounded by a wealth of talented, resourceful, caring and passionate team members, Blair prides himself on always getting the very best out of the team and in the best interest of the client.

Roberto Carosielli

Chief Operations Officer

Roberto, or Roby,  has been in the gaming world since he was 12 years old. In his family’s bingo halls, he took on many responsibilities through his teenage years. Now, as Director of Operations, his role as has been instrumental in the exponential growth of the company’s partnerships across North America. Roby is knowledgeable, meticulous and efficient. He finds tremendous satisfaction in working together with stakeholders – both internal and external – sealing the deal and creating win-win scenarios.

Ron Burke

Chief Financial Officer

Ron is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), with over 18 years of progressive professional experience spanning public accounting, international investment administration, global entity financial reporting and analysis, restaurant operations management, as well as Board and Committee governance. A highly ethical and principled leader with finance and business acumen, Ron joined AGI after a strong career as a Manager in the Global Finance division of Bacardi.

David Connolly Jr.

Director of Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)

David is a certified ISO auditor and in responsible for implementing and maintaining our ISO 9001:2008 programs. David oversees our various Quality Control procedures and helps ensure that our clients receive the best quality products possible. He is also responsible for AGI’s security systems, crucial to protecting the highly confidential nature of much of our work.

Pete McCluskey

National Sales Manager, USA

Pete first started in the gaming industry in 1990 as a key account manager in the Northeast region of the U.S. Before joining BGI, Pete was in charge of developing and implementing various programs and custom games for top distributors in the gaming industry. His role with BGI was paramount in the development of product mix and marketing strategies currently selling in the U.S. markets today.
